This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

The Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss is located on the lake-side promenade of Ascona, 300 metres from the centre. It offers historic-style rooms and free internet access. Absolutely perfect. If you want to feel welcomed and relaxed- that’s the place. The receptionist was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool, the garden, the restaurant all perfect. I highly recommend.

Once a patrician residence built in the 18th century, the Hotel Tamaro can be found right on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the centre of Ascona. The hotel was really nice, the staff were super helpful & friendly. Location was great.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Traditionell, old but well kept. Location premium for people who love to take the train and shared car mobility!!
