The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The staff’s service was excellent even before we arrived at the hotel. The reservation process and communication with the team were quick and efficient. The hotel is very beautiful and offers incredible views of the mountains.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments har lejligheder med komplet hotelservice. De er designet af arkitekten Heinz Julen og har udsigt over Matterhorn fra balkonen eller terrassen. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Just writing another review because I ended up booking this hotel again. We originally were going to stay for 1 night here, but it ended up being 2 nights and it was great! Thank you to the helpful staff of this hotel! And thank you for giving us chocolates!

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything was perfect. Kindness of the owner and the staff. Very nice room. Very good location to everything: train, bus, shops etc. And the view from the window just amazing 🥰
