The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily take the lifts to do hikes and walk in the city center. We really enjoyed the Spa, the view and the food! Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home.

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel with 2 small kids. We really enjoyed breakfast as well as the Lodge and Muna restaurants. The staff across the hotel is very helpful and friendly. The sports shop that assists with ski rental and or storage are extremely helpful. We also used the swimming pool facilities which have beautiful mountain views. The whole experience during the stay was hassle free and relaxing.

THis is a super hotel - very friendly , spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms . The position is super , lovely views - and it is only a 5 minute esay walk from the car park , so you dont really need to call their taxi service . The dog was very welcome , also in the restaurant. the hotel has a beautiful calm garden, which seems rare in the village and is a real bonus . we took half board and the food was imaginative and VERY copious . It's in a quiet part of the village , but a few minutes from DorfPlatz - and 4 mins from Hannig cable car . Also i was in touch several times with questions before going and they always responded very quickly and in friendly way . Great service . I recommend 100%

The hotel is cosy, traditional swiss style, yet modern. I especially enjoyed the spa facilities, it offered a beautiful relaxing area with sauna and steam room. My room was small with a lovely balcony, nicely decorated and super clean. I found having a kettler and a coffee machine in my room particularly handy. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, they did go an extra mile to make sure customers were happy and well looked after. Afternoon cake with tea was very welcomed when I returned exhausted after my day of skiing.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

The design of the property was beautiful, the spa facilities were really nice (especially the jacuzzi). I also loved the balcony and view of the mountains.

Unique Hotel Post is situated in the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.

Perfect! Just got back our month long honeymoon and this was our favourite hotel we stayed in. We were in the Matterhorn Junior Suite and it was just gorgeous, so comfortable and cosy but spacious. Nice view of the Matterhorn. A bit obstructed by the building in front BUT that didn’t really take away from the view, just made the room feel more private. Room service food was excellent, included breakfast was great and service overall was fantastic. Couldn’t fault the location, central to pretty much everything. Room was a bit warm the first night but we were advised to open a window which we did, no issues after that. Great for the environment! Booked massages and used the spa a few times, so relaxing and everything you need at all times is provided including refreshments, extra towels, etc. Will 100% be staying here again if we come back.
