The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. The staffs are perfect. They gave information more than enough. Without their advice I could not decide to go up the Mathehorn as soon as I arrived the hotel. The day after the weather was not good, so Mathehorn could not be seen. The spa was wonderful, and breakfast was also good. Lovely hotel.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

The Sunnegga Funicular Railway is less than 700 metres away and hiking paths start nearby. The owners were very nice, very welcoming, always giving good tips of the skiing lifts, conditions, slopes throughout the stay! I felt very welcomed there and will definitely come back again and try the chalet. Everything felt cozy and charming, great service, good breakfast and they paid attention to your needs:) The location was very central, close to the main street and not far from the ski lifts. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to next year!

The Sunnegga Express funicular and the Zermatt Train Station are 500 metres away. The views were amazing. Lots of ventilation due to so many windows and 3 balconies.

Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
