The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. The staffs are perfect. They gave information more than enough. Without their advice I could not decide to go up the Mathehorn as soon as I arrived the hotel. The day after the weather was not good, so Mathehorn could not be seen. The spa was wonderful, and breakfast was also good. Lovely hotel.

The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. Architecture is unique. Location is quiet and close to Matterhorn. Great view from the sun deck/roof.

Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
