Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. It was very quaint and the views of the Matterhorn was spectacular!!! Daniel and his Team was top notch and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The room was a lovely size with a good balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, great choice of both hot and cold food.we also ate a5 the hotel in the evening and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. The reception staff was very friendly and helped us a lot. The hotel is close to the gondola and the train station, making it easy to get around.
