The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. I really enjoyed my stay. Had Mountain view in my reservation but got upgraded to a double room, very spacious. And a large balcony where I took food back for dinner and just enjoyed the view. The hotel has a super spa: steam, ice, different saunas etc - which was included in the room. The staff was super nice and helpful also.

Everything, great value for money, spacious, everything you need for two! the location is great, the bus stop is just in front of the building and the other ski part is 4 min by walking. In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful, comfortable room with a balcony, from which we had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee. We will definitely stay at Hotel Capricorn again.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Great location. Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff.
