The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

Our hosts Thor and Michelle are kind, excelent and very helpful. The hotel is charming and our rooms are very nice, clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. We had wonderful days in Zermatt, thanks to the chalet Annelis.. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed - clean and cozy, with a view of the Matterhorn. Excellent communication.
