It was very quaint and the views of the Matterhorn was spectacular!!! Daniel and his Team was top notch and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Hosts were extremely friendly, attentive and always ready to help with any questions or issues. Breakfast was excellent - good choice and very delicious. Hotel felt very cosy and room was very clean. Hotel is located very close to the main street (but is not noisy) and a lot of the restaurants, bars and attractions were within easy walking distance.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. I would 100% stay here again. Travelling from Canada so making our money stretch was important. Great value, super clean and spacious rooms! It's right beside the Gornergrat tram and the bus stop (free) to the other lifts is just outside and a quick 5 min ride. They're close to Bayard where we rented and got 10% off with them. Having a hotel right by the train station was super convenient and Zermatt is such a small town so very easy to explore. Sauna (by reservation, just ask front desk) at the end of a ski day was a nice bonus. Good variety for breakfast.
