The Hotel Kindli is located in a quiet area of Zurich, only a few steps away from the financial district and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its elegant boutiques. Excellent stay in a central location, close to key viewpoints overlooking Zurich. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - I happened to be staying during a massive street party outside near the lake, and the staff were keen to ensure minimal noise disrupted my stay (my room was quiet all night). Though slightly small, the twin room was the perfect size for a single traveller, and the breakfast downstairs was tasty.

Beautiful rooms in quaint boutique hotel. Very central location. Friendly helpful happy staff. breakfast was delicious and great service although this should have been included in our room rate. i am surprised for what we paid per night that they didn’t include breakfast for us. this was the only disappointment with the hotel.

Small boutique hotel, extra large comfortable rooms, real gourmet breakfast, amazing amazing amazing staff, so kind and helpful, and I mean everyone - from the bellboy to the receptionist, the waitress and the cleaning staff, simply splendid!

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Very clean, 2 blocks to a major tram line and 2 blocks the other direction to the water with a short walk to old town as well, charming decor, and helpful friendly staff. Perfect stay in Zurich and a relatively reasonable price.
