From letting us check-in early to providing us with advice related to buses or tours. The accommodation is very welcoming with lots of common areas to just chill out whether it’s by the pool with the llamas, building a fire in the fire pit or in the lounge area. I loved the added touch of all the fairy lights and heaters. Breakfast was great and beds were very comfy.
