In the restaurant you get a good breakfast to start the day with sufficient energy. Patricio and his staff are very kind and helpful. I’d definitely be back when visiting Capitán Pastene again.

The apartment was big, warm and clean with a huge bed. The view is amazing and you can even book a hot tub from where you also have a view of the lake. Everyone is very friendly!

We wish we would have planned to stay for more than just one night. The room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The small balcony was a nice bonus. What makes this hotel special are the people. We were well received and enjoyed all of the interactions we had with the staff. We were able to visit the cinema, and encourage others to do the same, as well the museum. Capitan Pastene and Hotel San Giorgio are places to be treasured in Chile.

The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !
