Everything went very well during our stay, especially the very friendly staff who welcomed us and served us with extreme warmth during our seven days. Other positive points: the breakfast provided by the accommodation (in partnership with May Cafetuyu) was excellent, with several savory and sweet options, and Leandro was very attentive in explaining and offering menu options. The location is great, two blocks from the main Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue. Furthermore, we were able to park our car in the parking lot inside the inn for greater security, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and communication with the inn via WhatsApp and Booking was effective.

Set in a picturesque wooden house with a garden overlooking the Villarica Lake, Hotel CasaEstablo by DOT Boutique features a swimming pool,and a hot tub. Pucon city centre is 6 km away. We enjoyed everything. Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

Localizado a 400 metros da Praia de Pucón, o Vientos del Sur disponibiliza acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e um pequeno-almoço diário com café, leite, sumo, pães, bolos, iogurte e cereais. This hotel was excellent. The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.

The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. It was conveniently placed, very well preserved and the staff was friendly.

Hotel Rangi is extremely comfortable, and I loved the cozy room decor, which looks exactly like the pictures. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, with the option to get freshly made eggs. The service is outstanding—the breakfast lady is super nice, and Catalina at the front desk went above and beyond to assist with any questions I had. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Pucon is a small, walkable town, and Hotel Rangi is perfectly located in the heart of it. Even as a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. I'll definitely be returning to Hotel Rangi in the future!
