The hostel's location in the city is good, although it is a 10-minute walk from the main tourist street. Great value for money. Very friendly staff and hostess. We arrived early and were immediately given a room. The rooms are small, but there is enough space for two people. They are tidy, clean, there is always a bottle of water, and a small wardrobe. Breakfast is good with fruits. They have a large terrace on the roof. On the last day, when we checked out, it was raining heavily and they allowed us to return to the room for a few hours. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Solcar. The place is nicely decorated and has a swimming pool by which you can chill during hot days, a true oasis in San Pedro de Atacama. The staff is super nice and helpful. They have bikes which you can rent free of charge and travel to the nearby dessert valleys.

Very accommodating in every sense of the word. They provide an early morning breakfast as many tours start before regular breakfast. They have snacks all day and a wonderful wine tadting each evening. The location is excellent right in the center of town. The staff are superb.

Our stay at Hotel Habitas Atacama was truly exceptional. The staff, particularly Brian and Kenny, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The welcoming ceremony was fantastic, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the herbal welcome tea, a delightful touch reflecting the local flavours. The team was attentive and helpful, offering assistance with excursion recommendations. The facilities were stunning, and we were thoroughly impressed with the beautiful room and overall ambiance. A solid 10 out of 10 – a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Just 3 blocks from Le Paige archaeological museum and 1 block from Atacama’s main square, the hostel offers rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. There is free private parking. Great patio area to hang out and relax, very comfortable bed and the most helpful owner Johnny made our stay perfect! We would definitely book again!
