Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Wi-Fi and private parking are free. The view of the hotel was amazing and the room was very comfortable and clean. Also we travel with our pet and we were able to be with him in every space of the hotel without any complain.

We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!
