Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Located inside the Palafito de Gamboa neighbourhood, Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique Chiloé offers accommodations in Castro. Free WiFi access is available. I had a wonderful stay at Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique in Chiloé, where I spent 6 nights. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful design. I especially enjoyed having direct access to the terrace, where I could relax while watching the birds and the river. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s also a lovely restaurant where I had dinner every evening. I can fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiloé!

Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The location was exceptional. We will definitely stay again when we visit Puerto Varas.
