Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

I think it was larger than most other rooms I've stayed in for the price range. I will most probably stay at this place again next time I'm visiting Castro, Chiloé.

Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique Chiloé was a delightful and charming boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the inlet. The breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and freshly baked buns and cake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to find street parking, but also had the option of parking in a private lot across the street for additional cost. We ate dinner at the lovely restaurant next door. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Kind and sweet owners who helped us with our late check ins and early checkouts, and even looked after our bags for us. Hotel is a lovely cute place right in the centre.

Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Located in Puerto Varas' city centre, Hotel Puelche offers accommodation in a hotel with mountain-style decoration, a spa, and a restaurant. Huge rooms, huge beds, lovely strong showers and spotlessly clean. We had a room overlooking the not-busy main road which had a sneaky view of Osorno volcano when the cloud lifted, wow. Staff super helpful, they arranged laundry service, helped with taxi to the airport. About 15 min walk into town. Recommend Quintal bar and restaurant for casual meals and beers - turn R out the hotel and walk 2 mins!
