Located 200 metres from the bus station and 500 metres from La Cruz hill, Apart Hotel Quillango offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi in Punta Arenas. Comfortable, clean, heating set at a comfortable level, nice breakfast, attentive staff. I noticed wifi was slow, staff promply rearranged router to improve it. Though not in the city center, there are at least two very good restaurants at walking distance. Definitely would return.

The personal is very welcoming and extremely organized. They made our stay very smooth, so smooth that we came back after the trek in Torres Del Paine and cancelled another hotel. The room is good and the bathroom too. The decoration is with good taste and the food is great, breakfast included! The hotel design is funky and we loved that! Love the green views everywhere. Will miss this hotel for sure. A must go in Puerto Natales.

Clean and neat place. We were moved to king bedroom from queen bed upon request. My daughter got herself locked in the bathroom and staff was quick and very helpful. Restaurant staff was amazing too.

Nestled against a stunning Patagonian mountain backdrop, Weskar is a cosy lodge offering regular and all-inclusive rates. Puerto Natales is located 1 km away. From the moment we set foot in Weskar Lodge, we loved it. The staff was very welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was fast, and the restaurant and bar were amazing. The views over the lake were fantastic. Ample parking spots. Walking distance to town (about 15-20 minutes). Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with quite some varieties. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Puerto Natales, this is the place!
