We arrived to the hotel after 10pm on New Years Eve after trekking in Patagonia. Thoroughly exhausted, as soon as we arrived the staff welcomed us, asked if we wanted any late night food, got us set up, and had a NYE party ready to go for guests. The welcome honestly blew us away since we had no way to communicate how late we were getting back. They were so accommodating and the rooms are more beautiful than the photos indicate (and the photos are stellar). Highly recommend.

The front of house staff were extremely helpful and provided an excellent service. The sauna is also a nice touch.

Staff very pleasant at all times, but felt " homey". I loved having a cocktail at the bar, and i walked everywhere for lunch / dinner / cruise check in. ( only not to national park) Theres a wonderful " patagonia hecho a mano" down the block. Not souvenirs but artisan wool products
