The location was perfect in the heart of trendy Lastarria with all its bars and restaurants. The staff were incredible and the room beautifully designed with quality facilities. 10/10 all the way.

Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. I looooved the area. Providencia is so nice, and the hotel was at a really good place in it. You had 2 bus stations like 2-3 mins away, a 24/7 convenience store like 5-7 mins away, it was quiet, safe, clean. The hotel itself was also very clean, and the entire staff were very polite and friendly. They had daily room cleaning, 24 hours reception and a water dispenser you could use at all times. The room had all the necessary amenities.

Quick check-in and check-out. The Room Service was excellent, thank you. The Pullman is in a great location. Hector very friendly and helpful with bags etc. The Airport transfers arranged through the Pullman were very good - friendly and courteous drivers. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Food very tasty.
