It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Absolutely stunning hotel with staff to match. The food was amazing as was the decor and layout of the hotel. The location is perfect and in an area where you can walk to a large mall and around the streets safely. Easy to use Uber and taxis to get to other locations. Don’t even conserve starting anywhere else.

Staff were fabulous and there was gluten-free bread at breakfast which I really appreciated. Rooms were comfy and having the courtyard out in the back garden was a delight. This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.
