One of the more affordable accommodations in the close proximity to the park - good value for money! Staff are super-nice and helpful! Rooms are comfortable enough, and surroundings are just beautiful - i do recommend you to stay here!

The living/dining room was warm, cozy, comfortable. Being the only room that is heated, all guests tended to hang around and socialize, and that was very nice. Most guests also cooked and had dinner together, which made the stay overall very pleasant. This is not possible in hotels, only in this “refugio style” model. The two lovely young women working there were always happy to help out, kept the fire going and provided advice and overall were very nice. Breakfast was fine.

The rooms were lovely with large picture windows that looks out over the river to see the mountains of Torres which were gorgeous. The staff were friendly and the lounge for guests was great.

The location is absolutely stunning, the views from the rooms and common areas amazing. The design of the hotel is also very tastefully done and the spa facilities are great.

Beautiful hotel with spectacular view! Especially from the pool which is incredible!! Also, the bar/lounge area is very stylish and a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine. The king size beds are really good too.
