Amazing service! I had to weigh my luggage and had 2 odd size luggage. A staff came up to help weigh them and I asked if I could have the odd sized item packed at the airport. He was not sure, but volunteered to help me with it. I was on an urgent work call. He helped me to pack it and quietly left the room. Totally impressed! All the staff at East are warm and friendly. Now definitely my go-to hotel when I am back:)

Being able to try to move the shadow puppets and paint them was a great cultural experience 🥰 The staff was super nice and helpful, great location, all clean and tidy. Perfect choice.
