A hidden gem nestled in the historical Hutong area in central Bejing, the shadow art themed 北京什刹海皮影文化主题酒店 could be a peaceful retreat away from the bustling urban life. Loved the shadow show, and the activities after! Being able to try to move the shadow puppets and paint them was a great cultural experience 🥰 The staff was super nice and helpful, great location, all clean and tidy. Perfect choice.

A beautiful, tranquil small boutique hotel with amazing hospitality. Staffs are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was top-notch, and the room was stunning clean, bright, and so comfortable. I love the antique furnishings, traditional Chinese musical performance and calligraphy activities that the hotel provided every evening. Sipping authentic tea while enjoying traditional Chinese musical performance in a serene courtyard made it the perfect retreat after a long day in the sun. Highly recommended!
