Ms. Li (who checked us in) was helpful in giving rooms on the same floor to me and my elderly parents and made our checking in experience quick and pleasant despite the busyness. Ms. Long Jia Xin (who checked us out) was pleasant in checking for me my upcoming room booking. We loved the rooms that were allocated to us. We also enjoyed the breakfast that had variety and was tasty. The staff at the breakfast area were helpful.
