Hours before check in I asked them if they could decorate the room with rose petals which I had with me. They did. And after checking in hours later and entering the room, it looked beautiful.

Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. This hotel was so great quality. I had a bath tub in my room and that was an awesome addition to the vibe of the space. The food was great for breakfast, giving local and foriegn flavours.
