This was our first time in Colombia, so we were glad to be able to walk to restaurants and night life. The hotel staff was exceptional - from the bell person to the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff - were all very friendly and welcoming. They suggested excursions we can do to enjoy more of Medellin. We are very appreciative of them. We will definitely stay at this property again. I also liked that this was not a cookie cutter hotel, there are many aspects of the culture of Colombia , captured throughout the property. Also, the bartenders made the best drinks! The hotel helped us with connecting with our driver, Miguel. He was the absolute best! He was punctual, funny, kind, and helped us to explore the city.

Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife. Check-in was very easy and fast. Front desk and restaurant staff very nice and helpful with all requests. Karolin at front desk was very professional and her customer service outstanding! Comfortable bed, spacious room, ample bathroom and shower. I travel between work and leisure at least 14 times per year. This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations and the staff made me feel like home. Kudos to everyone!

Hotel Dix is located 150 metres from Lleras Park and 1 km from Medellín River. Free WiFi access is available in all areas and there is free parking. My third time here. Great hotel, nice and clean rooms, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. All the people who work here are amazing (reception, security, kitchen, cleaning). Off course I will come back again. Thank you!
