Amazing Hotel at a very good location in the Poblado district. Our room was very spacious and clean with wonderfull views over the city. Very friendly and polite personnel. The breakfast was excellent. Also need to mention that Mr. John at the reception helped us all the time to get around as we are not spanish language speakers.

You feel like you are in a fairy tale! Soley is one of the best hosts you can find in the entire world. Her breakfasts are amazing, she is lovely to talk to, has plenty of advice about what to do in Jardin and she really goes above and beyond to make her guests happy! I'm already planning on coming back!!!

Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff.
