I have stayed in several hotels in Cartagena and this one is by far my favorite. It will be my go to place to stay from now on. The hotel iteself is stunning. Every detail is perfect but the staff are so welcoming that you really feel like you can relax there and nothing is too precious. I was there with my 15 year old son and he loved it, The service was very attentive without being overbearing. The pool is divine. We spent many hours having delicious drinks by it and the staff are happy to move the lounge chairs around to chase the sun. The neighbourhood is so charming and on a quite street but still in the middle of everything. Big thanks to Eduardo, Dolly, Carlos, German, Katherine, Julian and Nans for making our stay so special.

Our experience at Bioma Hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, who made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was Rosa at the reception—she went above and beyond to help us organize tours with reliable and knowledgeable local guides, making our trip even more special. The swimming pool was a huge plus, especially after long walks in the intense heat—it was the perfect way to refresh and relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and serene, offering a true escape from the outside world. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious and traditional breakfast, a great way to start our day. We truly loved everything about Bioma Hotel and can’t wait to return. The breakfast was simple but tasty and kept us quite full until a late lunch. They add sugar to their fresh juice which seems to beat the whole purpose. Hot water in bathroom sink takes a lot of time. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay made better by very friendly staff at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and come back here again !!
