The rooms and grounds were so beautiful, the staff were so attentive and helpful. Franklin at reception always made sure we were well looked after, and gave us good recommendations of where to go in the area for food, laundry service etc. He truly gave a 5 star service. One morning as well we asked to heat up some food because we were going on a tour, one of the ladies heated it up for us and also provided juice and coffee even though breakfast was not open yet. Really really thoughtful staff!

Big thanks to the guy on reception (sorry don’t know the name) who helped with the laundry when I arrived from lost city trek with a bunch of wet stuff. Laundry was done same day within few hours 🙏 Rooftop and swimming pool are amazing, hostel has also very nice sociable atmosphere, I wish I could stay there longer.
