One of my facourite in Colombia. The rooms are big, clean and cousy. The little coffee in front serves good coffee and cake. There is plenty of space outside of the room to chill. Beautiful traditional place full of plants. Clean, well-decorated, perfectly located just a couple of blocks from the town's main square. Large rooms, with plenty of toiletries and beautiful bathroom. The personnel was friendly and ready to help. This is probably the prettiest hotel I have ever stayed. Breakfast was big and delicious, made with fresh products. Several options to choose from.

Rare in having an outside-looking window, well protected and double-glazed against noise and for extra security. Staff was wonderful, very attentive, efficient, friendly.

This boutique-style Santander BGA Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and rooms with free WiFi. Bucaramanga city centre is 18 minutes’ walk away. I liked the location, the staff were all great despite not being fluent in Spanish. I appreciate their assistance & patients.
