They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.

The staff is really helpful and the free airport transfer is convenient. It's a big improvement that breakfast was available already at 5:45 - it was very good to grab something to eat before our long trip.

Rooms have views of the volcano and rainforest. This is a great place to stay. We had a large and beautiful room, with the largest shower I've every seen. We also got a terrasse with a nice view on a small river. Very nice swimming pool that my son loved. Great breakfast buffet. Secure parking close to the room. Nice staff
