Just 50 metres from the beach, Hotel El Encanto is located in Cahuita and features a pool and a restaurant. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and private terraces. Everything, perfect location, great rooms, excellent staff. Oh, and while we were there a mother sloth and her baby, and a male sloth were literally hanging around on the property. Marvellous.

Puerto Viejo town is just 3 km away. everything was perfect, location, staff and facilities. right in the jungle and a few minutes walk from the main beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. super chill place with a relaxed vibe, would highly recommended to stay here for your time in puerto viejo. I also spotted many sloths, monkeys, frogs, agoutis and other animals!

Hotel is great, room are big and comfortable. It’s an excellent option to stay in Puerto Viejo with family and friends. It’s quiet and peaceful. Pool area is great to close the day after the beach.
