It was the second time I had stayed there, and I will definitely do so again, because it is half way between Vienna where I am making a film and my home in the north of Germany. It is also good value, is great fun with all its themes, and gives a pleasant and unusual morning walk as you make your way past the wallabies and up to Corcovado! The staff are delightful, and will next time arrange for me to experience a different room. So far I have had America's totem poles and Turkey, where I slept in a Cappadocian gave house, which surely is going to be hard to beat. I have been travelling on my own for business, but I bet families love it.On a personal note, I am very intrigued to one day meet the owner, whose ingenuity and obvious zest

This property is unbelievable, so spacious, the building itself use to be a stable, now it’s the most beautiful build accommodation. I wouldn’t call it villa as that’s too modern , I would call it mystery magical, manor house. The owner gave us keys, we had to lock up gate going out of the garden every time we wanted to go out or back in as people or tourist passing were intrigued to see this magical house thinking it was some kind of state building to visit. It has got a church or monumental feeling from outside. I recommend staying at this property, we had wonderful stay, paid for breakfast too which was served just outside of the building at the local cafe. There si a lot of activities going on in Poděbrady in the summer months, beautiful promenade close by offers cafes, bars and restaurants. Also supermarkets are walkable from the property.

The room was very cozy and nice. It was a short walk to the centre, and easy parking in front of the pension. I loved my stay here and my partner and i will come here again :)

Everything... the room, the food, the receptionist lady was so polite and she was constantly on the go...she was a true asset to the hotel. She was amazing. The views everything was exceptional.
