Experience the ultimate relaxation at Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. I liked everything about the place, the staff were amazing. The food and drinks in the restaurant and lounge were excellent. The spa was clean and extremely comfortable.

Set in a historical building, the Villa Patriot Boutique Hotel is convenient for guests who enjoy privacy and fine dining. The location was excellent, quiet, and very close to the attractions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

Hotel Saint Petersburg is located on the Tepla River Bank, in Karlovy Vary’s spa area and opposite the Grandhotel Pupp. Built in the early 1800s, the hotel offers an on-site restaurant. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Saint Petersburg Hotel in Karlovy Vary, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything about my stay reflected genuine care, professionalism, and true hospitality. What struck me immediately upon arrival was the warm and personal welcome from the reception team. After a long journey, being greeted with a sincere smile and such kindness made me feel instantly at home. The staff were not only friendly but genuinely attentive — they took the time to answer all my questions, offer recommendations about the town, and make sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Their availability and willingness to help stood out throughout my visit. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving advice about local restaurants and attractions, or helping with small requests, they were always approachable and eager to assist. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms also deserve special mention. My room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every corner reflecting great attention to detail. It was clear that the housekeeping staff take pride in their work — the room was cleaned daily with care, towels and linens were always fresh, and everything was arranged neatly and thoughtfully. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, combining classic charm with modern comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed waking up each morning to the peaceful view of the river and the surrounding architecture of Karlovy Vary. Another highlight of my stay was the location of the hotel. Perfectly situated by the Teplá River, the Saint Petersburg Hotel is just a short walk from the famous colonnades, mineral springs, and picturesque town center. I found it extremely convenient to explore the main attractions on foot, and the strolls along the riverside were simply beautiful, especially in the morning or at sunset.

This hotel was a stone's throw to the 1/2 Marathon start/ finish line. Hotel had a lot of runners. The breakfast that came with it had a nice buffet and coffee machine for speciatly coffees. Afternoon beers outside on the porch, cozy dinner in the restaurant. they don't have a pool, but have a reciprocal agreement with the Windsor, so I swam laps in the morning.

A former summer residence of the countess of Schaumburg Lippe, the small but stylish Villa Basileia Riverside is peacefully situated on the bank of the Teplá river, close to the spa area. It was a hidden gem in Karlovy Vary! The hotel is far from downtown, but still 10 minutes by walk to the main shopping street. Only 5 mins by walk to Cafe Pupp. My room is right besides the river, very quiet and enjoy the sounds of forest, even the restaurant is right below my room. The hostess doesn't speak much English, but the checkin process was simple, not a big deal. Room is equipped with a small hallway and changing room, and all the appliances are available in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, I could see many options. I would try the restaurant next I'm there. It seems nice and luxurious one. Totally would go again!

Situated in the city centre in the spa area, Alisa Hotel offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historical building near Karlovy Vary thermal springs. The hotel was completely reconstructed in 2013.... Everything! I travel a lot and rarely does a property exceed my expectations but this hotel certainly did. It is a classic, nice big rooms are tastefully adorned and it is situated directly across from the Grand Pupp ( for a fraction of the price). The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met - big shout out to the manager Tomas who genuinely went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. A very nice included breakfast to boot! Personally, can’t recommend it highly enough.

Aqua Marina is located in the heart of the spa town of Karlovy Vary, directly opposite the Mill Colonnade. The 4-star superior hotel offers luxurious rooms and spa services. Spa 🧖🏻‍♂️ great pool and Saunas. Nice interior design. Good locationation in city centre. Everything close in walk distancence.
