We loved our stay in this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The location is great, in a calm and green neighborhood with hiking routes starting right around the corner. We were delighted to meet the owner/manager Dr Caroline von Kretschmann and be able to listen to her philosophy and history of the hotel. What a personal touch! The attention to detail was amazing - every room a fresh flower, hallways with fresh flowers. Beautiful antiques mixed with modern comforts. And I loved that they had a cute little rubber duckie in the bathroom 😃

Super comfy bed and best shower pressure ever. Very helpful staff. Breakfast didn’t have a huge choice but everything was very good quality.

The location is spectacular, right on the lake, five minutes from the promenade and everything wonderful about Uberlingen, a magical lake town. I'm so glad I chose this hotel as a home base for a late summer week on Lake Constance.
