The family-run LIHO - einfach Lübeck has soundproofed rooms with satellite TV and a safe. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. Happy staff, clean and recently-renovated rooms, free Glühwein and Stollen for Christmas, excellent and comprehensive breakfast, and help-yourself candy and ice cream made staying here a delight. It's a short walk from the Flixbus stop and downtown, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lübeck. Plus they have a sauna, which we sadly didn't have a chance to try.

The Hotel KO15 is located in the oldest trading area of the historic centre of Lübeck, made famous by Thomas Mann's novel Buddenbrooks. This hotel stands on the Koberg, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Breakfast was great, the rooms were tidy and cozy, the location was exceptional in the middle of the old town. We really enjoyed our time here :)
