Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

Great location in old town area, making it easy to walk to all attractions and an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops. This hotel is a very interesting mix of historic and modern with lots of art works and colour. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with a well-equiped kitchenette. Breakfast was very nice. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
