He offered us a welcome drink, a Füssen card that included the buses to Neuschwanstein and other attractions, in the breakfast he offered bags to pack food for lunch (this was super helpful). Really an amazing guest!

Besides the amazing facility and beautiful room and the perfect location (right under Neuschwanstein Castle), Lady Jessica was so professional and attentive to guide, support and welcoming that made our stay much above the expectations.
