Breakfast is the absolute best- best breakfast I’ve had in all of Europe! Everything is homemade and you can tell, it’s excellent. I came back a year and a half later just for the breakfast!

The hotel is located in a beautiful place among the hills and vineyards, we had our own car. It was convenient for us to get to Baden-Baden (12 minutes) and to Strasbourg (50 minutes). The staff is very friendly and welcoming, we were 200% satisfied with the service. The breakfast was great. If my family and I go to this location again, we will choose this hotel again.

We had a very spacious clean room. The bath was nothing i have ever seen before! It was like going to thermal baths! Huge and comfortable. The hotel is at the perfect location to go at the city centre and right next to Thermal Baths. Great view of the mountain and the Thermal Baths The staff was really accommodating and friendly!

Die Reichsstadt - Hotel Spa und Restaurant is a design hotel housed in a former brewery dating to the 16th century. The hotel’s classic-style rooms are decorated in raspberry and white tones. This is a great family run place, right in the middle of the old town of Gengenbach. With all amenities you could need. Sauna, outdoor pool, outdoor breakfast/lunch/diner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Gengenbach is a small town I'd seriously recommend visiting and it's a great place to stay for a few days.

There was enough space for 4 of us and our dog. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating, brought us homemade biscuits for Xmas eve, the touch was very much appreciated on our side.

The bed was wide and comfortable. For our family of three it was perfect. The room is spacy. The location is really central. Everything worked well. The parking is next to the hotel indicated with numbers, park straight there, the price is better.
