Boasting wonderful views of Burg Katz castle, this non-smoking hotel in St. Goar is located on the River Rhine, directly opposite boat jetties and near scenic bicycle routes. Very warm welcome on arrival. Shown to our room overlooking the river. Good size room, clean, bottled water in the room and toiletries. Quiet position. Breakfast was super- tea, coffee, breads, fresh fruit and vegetables,2 types of eggs, meats, cheeses and smoked salmon, yogurts and cereals with dried fruits. Plenty of them too. Close to restaurants with advice from owner where to eat.

The CONTEL Hotel is located right next to the MOSELBAD with its large sauna area and swimming pool. We are a 15-minute walk along the Moselle from the old town and city center. Nice relaxed place. Burgers was good.

This hotel enjoys a beautiful setting in St. Goar, and offers a breathtaking view of the River Rhine. Hotel Rheinfels has a cosy breakfast room with a view of the river and boat jetty. Location is great. It's right across the road from the Rhine RIver with a Castle on the hill across the Rhine from the hotel and an old one behind. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast were very good. We had a river view which was excellent. The hotel also has an elevator. Would stay again if I am back to St Goar.
