They include cable TV and free Wi-Fi, while some rooms also have a private balcony. This place is perfect. I would give it a 10+ if it had it on booking.com. This a family-owned establishment and they quite obviously understand hospitality. Coming from Switzerland, I can appreciate quality and here they paid attention to every small detail. It's strategically located for exploring the region, they have a fabulous restaurant with excellent food. And they venerate wine (which is also very good).

The hotel owners were very accommodating and super nice and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
