Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen.

From 4 March 2024, our parking garage will only be accessible via Maximilianstraße due to construction measures in Katharinengasse. I absolutely liked everything. The bed could have been a little softer, but that is really down to personal preference. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and polite. Especially Luther could not do enough to make my stay pleasant. He is a credit to the Hotel. The room was a generous size, my request for parquet flooring could be accommodated (allergies), the bathroom offered all one could wish for and need, even a bathroom scale was thought of. Both room and bathroom were spotless. It is the little things, from parking my car, to delivery of my suitcases, to the turndown service and the unobtrusive attention of the staff that make this a wonderful hotel. This was not my first visit and it was as good as I remembered, if not better. This is how you run a hotel. I can only recommend and will stay again, if/when I am back in Augsburg.

We already have friends booking at stay because it is in the perfect corner of the walled city -- near the cathedral, close to the main square, right at the beautiful garden gate, and in easy walking to excellent dinner options.

It stands in a quiet residential area of Füssen, a 15-minute drive from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles. What an amazing place to stay at. We were on a European tour traveling on a motorcycle and it was very hot when we arrived. We were greeted with an ice refreshing lemon drink on checking in. The owner said to put my Motorcycle in their garage. The room was absolutely amazing. My wife loved the room which was pristine, A nice balcony that we sat on in the evening enjoying drinks from the mini bar. Would definitely stop again. Breakfast was beyond belief. The presentation and quality was amazing. If you are ever in the area definitely stop here
