This historic hotel in Rothenburg ob der Tauber is just 100 metres away from the Sankt Jakob church. It offers rooms with wooden décor, free Wi-Fi, and typical Franconian food. It’s only a short walk from main attractions in the old town (Plönlein, town hall, castle garden, museums, town wall, etc). I love the coziness of the entire establishment, especially the charming restaurant area. The breakfast is abundant and tasty! Everything at the hotel is vintage-looking and yet absolutely clean

This historic 4-star hotel is located directly on Dinkelsbühl's famous Weinmarkt square. It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, free breakfast, and traditional Franconian food. What a fab hotel! The outside and the interior of the hotel is wonderful- some fab historical features with a modern touch. Our room was lovely and right at the front of the hotel with a view of the church and surrounding buildings. When we arrived the guy on reception parked our car in the hotels secure garage area, and took us up to our room and explained how we had to order breakfast on the tablet in the room, which was a good feature. Breakfast in the morning was good too. Also when we checked out we realised once we had driven round the corner that we had left our passports in the safe - utter panic of course! But the lady on reception was very understanding and gladly gave me access to our room again to retrieve said passports! A great hotel in the heart of Dinkelsbuhl

Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen. - best location in town - staff were professional - breakfast was delicious - lobby looked great - the paintings are a treat to look at in the whole premises - loved the room - tv was to my liking - the fridge was cold - usually service or orders even if they were simple get charged on departure I asked for ice which was delivered for free to my room

Centrally situated in Rothenburg, this family-run hotel is housed in historic buildings dating from the 16th century. This was probably our favourite hotel for our entire stay in Bavaria. It's a very old building that has been beautifully converted into a hotel. We stayed in the family room and it was beautifully designed to create private spaces. Parking was easy, we parked on the street directly outside the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening - it was very nice and was traditional Bavarian cuisine. The location is perfect for exploring the old town. I would definitely stay here again.

This 3-star hotel is in a quiet side street in the historic town centre of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It offers a friendly family-run atmosphere and traditional Franconian cuisine. Location was absolutely perfect, only 1 block from the main plaza. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was great, with extras like a fan, hair dryer, extra towels, good storage space, and plugs on each side of all beds. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was the best that we have had in Germany! We will return!
