Gorgeous large room, perfect placement in Zona Colonial, all was close and safe. I was a solo traveller and hotel's staff was very helpful to give me tips about the city. I loved the fact that you didnt need a key or card to enter your room, just your code that you set up for yourself. Coffee and tea and breakfast was perfect. I am definitely staying here again and see you very soon.

Located in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo Este, this modern hotel is less than 1 km from the famous villa Alcazar de Colon. It features on-site dining and free Wi-Fi. We love it all here. The staff is excellent. My husband wasn't feeling good. Had some stomach issue and one of the waitress made him a special drink. During our dinner my husband get a thee with fresh leaves that make him feel better. Thank you so much and keep on doing the great job. Sure we will be back. Jetty and Ronny ❤️ 😍 💖

The friendliness and efficiency of the team at Barcelo Santo Domingo was beyond great! Starting with Miss Handy Peña at the front desk in reception! She is amazing!!! Handy efficiency gone the extramile to acomodate my personal needs and to make sure I enjoy my stay. Another super start was Aurelio from the guys helping with bags... He was also very helpful, friendlyl and a great listener! The Bed and the cleanness of the room 602 was fantastic! Right up to the level of class of the Hotel.
