This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It has been decorated and maintained with love and care. Andreas, the owner, is a warm, welcoming host as are all of the members of his staff. I was working remotely during my week stay and I had zero issues with the wifi, it was exceptional. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a small mercado just up the hill (literally around the corner), a laundry across the street and all of the neighbors are friendly - greeting you with a smile! Make sure you check out the coffee shop also just up the hill! I used the hotel to arrange a taxi from the airport, and Freddy was wonderful. I hired him several times on my trip to take me places. I could not have felt more cared for on my solo trip to Quito. Notes: if you are sensitive to noise, book the top floor rooms (there are two). I always travel with a fan and ear plugs. Street noise was minimal as the windows are very noise dampening.

It was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The overall place was really good, the breakfast was nice, they even started a bonfire for us with marshmallows.

The location of the hotel, coupled with the beauty of the building were unparalleled. We loved going up to the Mirador after dinner with a glass of something from the bar and seeing the whole city with its lights on, and the statue of the Madonna.

Location was great - very walkable to lots of nightlife and great restaurants. Check-in was easy, and staff was super helpful with ordering a taxi at the time we needed. The style of the hotel was so unique, wish I had more time to just look at the decor!

I had such a restful stay here last night. The room was wonderfully quiet, which made it easy to get a full night’s sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were soft and luxurious—such a simple detail, but it made all the difference. I woke up feeling refreshed and grateful for the peaceful atmosphere. The whole hotel is so characterful, which is unsurprising given its age and location in the old town. It's like living in a palatial museum. The staff were polite, kind and attentive, notably the old woman serving breakfast who brought me a herbal infusion when she learned that my stomach was upset. The airport transfer service was at a fair price and very efficient.

This chic hotel with spa and brand new gym facilities is situated in the heart of the lively Mariscal district. All rooms offer city views and free WiFi.

I LOVED this hotel, it has a huge old charme. Filled with beautiful details. Excellent location, just by San Francisco plaza. Large room and the plus of having a restaurant connected to it. My 10+ goes to Darwin, he went the extra mile and was so attentive and kind!
