The stay overall was flawless from start to finish, which is as to be expected from this type of establishment. But the character and charm of the hotel itself, as well as the character and charm of the staff is what really elevated my experience. Your made to feel like a guest as a pose to a customer.

Gorgeous room with lovely decor, lounge area for guests in the main lobby, breakfast was really good and there is a restaurant for dinner. Liked the free home-cooked biscuits at reception too.
