Tampere Maja offers accommodation in an 18th century wooden house in the heart of the Old Town of Tartu. There is a cultural club in the cellar, showing exhibitions of Estonian and Finnish art. First of all I want to express my compliments to the friendly and communicative staff. The girls are proud of their house and know how to feel people welcome. They are very easy going and helpful. The hotel has got only seven rooms. The wooden building is one of the oldest in Tartu and hosts exhibitions by local artists in a freely accessible gallery on the ground floor. Breakfast buffet was small, but there were several choices to make everybody happy. The apple juice is amazing. My room was is the upper floor with a beautiful view on the garden and the neighborhood.

The Antonius is a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Tartu, directly opposite the main building of Tartu university. Tartu Town hall is 170 metres away. Everything was outstanding including the breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

The small and comfortable Hansa Hotel is only a few minutes away from the centre of Tartu, close to the shopping centres and the Emajögi River. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Good breakfast, room big enough, free car park.

Villa Margaretha este un hotel confortabil şi mic, în stil art nouveau, situat la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de centrul istoric al oraşului Tartu. Loved the character of Villa Margaretha! The two-story suite was spacious and very clean. It was quiet at night but still centrally located. The front desk was always helpful and gracious. Looking forward to coming back soon :)

Located in the centre of Tartu, on the edge of the Old Town, Art Hotel Pallas, renovated in May 2020, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. Elegant, well maintained property, comfortable room with all the amenities. Great shower. The corner room had three large windows which made the room light and sunny. Location in Old Town was perfect. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby.

Great localization for those who arrive by bus, just have to cross the street. Great room, comfy beds, excellent shower and amenities . Wonderful breakfast 🥰
