Tampere Maja offers accommodation in an 18th century wooden house in the heart of the Old Town of Tartu. There is a cultural club in the cellar, showing exhibitions of Estonian and Finnish art. First of all I want to express my compliments to the friendly and communicative staff. The girls are proud of their house and know how to feel people welcome. They are very easy going and helpful. The hotel has got only seven rooms. The wooden building is one of the oldest in Tartu and hosts exhibitions by local artists in a freely accessible gallery on the ground floor. Breakfast buffet was small, but there were several choices to make everybody happy. The apple juice is amazing. My room was is the upper floor with a beautiful view on the garden and the neighborhood.

The Antonius is a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Tartu, directly opposite the main building of Tartu university. Tartu Town hall is 170 metres away. Bathroom excellent!! Very deliciuos and nice breakfast

The small and comfortable Hansa Hotel is only a few minutes away from the centre of Tartu, close to the shopping centres and the Emajögi River. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Easy to find and public transportation is a quick walk. Amenities on location and nearby were great!

Located in the centre of Tartu, on the edge of the Old Town, Art Hotel Pallas, renovated in May 2020, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. Breakfast was great - quite a lot of things to choose from, our kids also enjyed, however they are very picky of food in general :) Location is great - heart of the city and everything You need is very close - restaurants, place of atractions, river, shopping malls etc.
