She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless and memorable, assisting with everything from check-in to local recommendations. Thanks to her, I was even upgraded to the beautiful Madina Suite, which made the experience even more special. Raneen was equally wonderful—attentive, courteous, and always ready with a smile. She kept checking on us daily to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued and at home. Together, they set the tone for a flawless and unforgettable stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, offering every comfort imaginable. Breakfast at The Blue Restaurant was exceptional—fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented, with service that was just as impressive as the food. The rooftop pool and spa were serene havens, perfect for relaxing while overlooking the Nile. In every way, the Kempinski Nile Hotel exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail make it one of Cairo’s finest hotels. I can’t thank the team enough—especially Christina and Raneen—for making my stay so memorable. Everything was fabulous, somehow while walking through the hotel corridors feels like you are time traveling, the antiques, paintings, wall arabesques, mixed with great service.

Our stay in the hotel was excellent and everything was up-to-date . Staff was v cooperative and restaurant food was excellent.

Situated a 5-minute walk from the the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, Guardian Guest House offers views of the 3 Pyramids from its spacious rooftop terrace. Nice, helpful staff, clean room, perfect, great view of area. I can recommend!

Amazing location in the heart of the old Islamic quarter of Cairo, right by the atmospheric Khan El-Khalili bazaar. Super suite-only hotel, with very large Egyptian style suites with modern bathrooms. Well-furnished rooms. Suite overlooked extremely busy street, which gave great atmosphere of excitement - but see below. Great breakfast (continental or Egyptian style) served on roof terrace overlooking old Cairo. Super in-house restaurant on roof terrace - ate there 3 nights out of 4 and loved each visit.

Novotel Cairo Airport offers 2 outdoor pools in the landscaped garden, free Wi-Fi and free airport shuttle. It is a 10-minute drive from the International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Awesome ! We got a better quality of coffee without even asking! The staff is really good, and can read the customer needs.
